Vacancy: CSR&Planner(intern)
Noted:1)Part-time /internship ,The period of intern agreement is
about 1 year（From this Aug to next Jul）

Cantonese speaker
3) Can spare
3-4days/week.（working day: 5days/week)
Responsibility:
1）Accept customer’s consultation about technical support ＆ after market service by hotline service
2）Responsible for APAC RMA issues.
3）Handle customer complaint, coordinate with cross function to make corrected action.
4）Release shipping notice, coordinate with logistics party and customs declarers for smooth export and timely departure. Ensure on time delivery rate above company target.
5）Evaluate the rework or repair request from internal customers with related functions. Guide the customers to return the qualified goods to XM,and arrange the reworked or repaired shipment in time.
6）Monitor customer satisfaction by survey, analysis, and proposal, and follow up pertinent actions.
7）Work out material plan, monitor materials supply to ensure materials arrive on time.
8）Provide the forecast on swap stock to related department. Calculate the demand of new product and LTB（last time buy） quantity in a reasonable way.
Qualification:
College above
1）Cantonese speaker
2）Good communication skill and patience.
3）Fluent English both in written and spoken
4）Interested in electronic products
